"Last session my (wonderful) staff came up with an idea to offer an amendment to an obscure bill. It reaffirmed that cities could ban abortion, something none of them had ever tried. My colleagues had no idea what we were doing at the time. I love seeing that little spark turn into a wildfire across Texas. #prolife #onward"
